Calling all Lawyers! We need your help! More than 10,000 Philadelphians reside in a property where ownership is in the name of a deceased relative. We call this a “Tangled Title” and it's a CRISIS.

The Philadelphia Register of Wills's office is working with local Legal Aid Organizations and started "The Probate Deferment Initiative" for low income families. Which delays fee payments so a family can address their tangled title and remain in their home. But, untangling a title is complex and they need to be represented by an Attorney.
